Delivery Costs - from $300 included in quote :
Custom Shed deliveries are normally done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Deliveries are typically scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance and confirmed again up to a week prior.
On the day before scheduled delivery, a delivery window will be provided to you via text or phone call. This will usually be AM or PM, as the delivery trucks typically complete 2 runs a day.
Manufacturing & Dispatch
- Typical lead time for fabrication of the materials is 2-3 weeks.
- Frames and sheets, roller doors, accessories, etc. may be deliveried separately.
- Delivery will be scheduled based on this timeframe on a day that suits you.
Delivery Disclaimer
- Deliveries will be made to the nature strip or as close to the property as possible. Any concerns around site access, including power lines, will be addressed prior.
- Delivery will be undertaken via semi-trailer or large flatbed crane truck. In accordance with occupational health and safety requirements, delivery vehicles are unable to access the rear of properties or traverse crossovers.
- Home delivery is an 'Assisted Delivery Service' - due to the size and weight of these flat-packed products, an able-bodied person must be present to receive the order.
- Someone must be home to accept the delivery. If no one is available, then an 'Authority To Leave' can be organised with the freight provider.
- Act promptly when contacted by the freight provider for collection to avoid daily storage fees. You have 48 hours to arrange collection or delivery.
- Lead times may change without notice.
